1. Return Eligibility

The item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required.

Returns must be authorized by our customer service team before being sent back.

Used or damaged equipment due to customer misuse
